Sawdust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and stir by hand.
Pour into pie shell and bake until glossy and set (30 to 35 minutes).
Do not overbake.
Serve with whipped cream or sliced bananas.
Best served warm.
