Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. persimmon pulp
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Put pulp into mixing bowl.
Add eggs.
Beat thoroughly.
Add sugar and beat. Add flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add oil, then fold in nuts.
Put into a greased pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
