German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake(From Progressive Farmer Magazine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Line with wax paper.
    Grease wax paper.
    Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of prepared pan. Combine the cake mix and next 3 ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix according to package directions.
    Spoon batter over coconut and pecans.
