*Apple Bread(Grand Champion Demonstration) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 to 2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
    few raisins
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Mix in a small bowl the sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over melted butter.
    Cut apples into thin slices and arrange on mixture in pan.
    Add a few raisins.
    Stir in a large bowl the dry yeast and warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and 1 cup of flour.
    Beat until batter sheets from spoon.
    Add egg, softened butter and flour (1 1/4 cups) and beat until smooth.
