Zucchini Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
6 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Distribute zucchini and green pepper over bottom of dish.
Beat eggs, sour cream and milk together and pour over vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Center should be firm but not hard.
Cover with cheese and bake 5 minutes.
Turn oven off and allow to set for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cut into squares and serve.
