1 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed scraping bowl often, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, cocoa and cinnamon. Beat until well mixed. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface, one-half at a time to 1/4 inch thickness (keeping remaining dough in refrigerator). Cut cookies with 2 1/2 to 3 inch cookie cutters. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
