Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add sugar, eggs and margarine.
    Beat well.
    Add bananas and mix until smooth.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Stir until moistened.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to complete cooling.
