Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
4 Tbsp. sweet milk
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and shortening.
Add mashed bananas and remaining ingredients.
Mix well after each addition.
Pour in loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
