Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Add broccoli to other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Cook in a well greased 9 x 12-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
