Herb Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. flour
    2 pkg. instant dry yeast
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing (buttermilk)
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, 3 teaspoons salad dressing and mix well.
    Heat buttermilk, water and shortening until warm.
    Add to flour mix.
    Add egg.
    Blend well until moistened. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed.
    Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make firm dough.
    Knead until smooth (5 to 10 minutes). Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in warm oven.
    (Turn oven to 200\u00b0 for 1 minute.
    Turn off for 20.)
    Punch dough down and divide in 2 parts.
    Roll each part to 12 x 7-inch rectangle with large size roll up sealing edges and ends.
    Place seam down on cookie sheet.
    Make diagonal slits 2-inches apart on top.
    Cover; let rise in warm oven 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dressing mix.
