Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
8 Tbsp. flour
8 Tbsp. cocoa
6 eggs, separated
4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanlila
1 pat butter
Preparation

Heat 3 cups milk.
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and 1 cup milk and add to heated milk.
Let cool.
Then add egg yolks and cook until thick (you will need to use electric mixer while cooking to keep smooth).
When thickened, take off heat.
Add vanilla and pat of butter.
Pour into baked pie crust and use whites for meringue.
