Drop Sugar Cookies(Have Ingredients At Room Temperature) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Cream until fluffy butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla.
Add egg.
Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
Blend in 2 tablespoons milk. Drop by teaspoonfuls and flatten with bottom of glass that has been buttered and dipped in sugar.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven until light golden brown around edges.
