Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. milk
4 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. (1-inch) bread cubes (5 slices bread)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in bread cubes, brown sugar and raisins.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Keep refrigerated.
