Ingredients

1 Mexican style Velveeta cheese (mild)
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 can minced olives
1/2 lb. browned and drained ground beef
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Cut cheese into small squares. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot on high.
(For faster results, mixture can be microwaved.)
Serve as a hearty dip with Tostitos-style chips.
