Barbecued Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, sliced thin
    3 slices lemon
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
    Pour over 3 pounds of venison which has been sauteed in hot fat to brown.
    Roast in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
