Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    1 can pie pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift all the dry ingredients together.
    Mix in the pumpkin, oil, water and eggs until thoroughly combined.
    Stir in the nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool on a rack in the pans for 10 minutes.
    Then remove from the pans onto a rack to cool completely.
