Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, apple, etc.)
Preparation

Grease or spray with Pam an 8 x 12-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients together, except pie filling with pastry blender until crumbly. Spread out half of the crumbly mix in pan.
Then spread out pie filling mix.
Then spread out other half of crumbly mix on top layer and bake at 370\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
