Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon in a bowl.
Combine eggs, oil and vanilla in a small bowl; mix well.
Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Fold in zucchini and walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
Bake for one hour.
Yields 2 loaves.
