Honey-Oatmeal Muffins(Nonfat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    2 c. Quaker oats
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Add milk, applesauce, egg and honey to combined remaining ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined size muffin cups.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
