Mexican Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    12 large (7-inch to 8-inch) flour or corn tortillas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray two baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
    Brush both sides of each tortilla with water.
    Cut each one into 6 triangles and place in large bowl.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle mixture over triangles and toss to coat pieces well.
