Moist Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 to 3/4 c. butter, margarine or salad oil
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. diced celery
    3 qt. day old bread crumbs or 1/2-inch squares (12 c.), lightly packed
    2 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
Preparation
    In large kettle, combine water, butter and onion.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Will stuff body cavity of 8-pound turkey.
