California Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together flour and seasonings.
    Dredge chicken in mixture. Brown chicken in melted butter in skillet.
    Transfer to a roasting pan.
    Combine juice, soy sauce and sugar; mix well.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
