Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken; save water.
    Cut up in bite size pieces.
    Melt margarine; add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken broth gradually; stir constantly until thickened.
    Add cream and cooking sherry.
    Heat.
    Combine sauce with spaghetti, mushrooms, chicken and almonds.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes (no cover).
