Cheddar Nut Bread(Makes 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Combine baking mix, cheese, evaporated milk, water, nuts and egg.
    Mix vigorously 30 seconds or until blended.
    Spoon into buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cold.
