Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. pecans
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice) or cherries
Preparation

Combine all thoroughly and put into 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
