Batter White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 3/4 c. warm water
    6 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water.
    Let stand, then stir.
    Add 3 1/4 cups flour, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Beat well; add rest of flour.
    Cover and let rise until doubled (45 minutes).
    Stir down; put into 2 greased bread pans.
    Let rise until double (20 minutes or more).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Rub with margarine to keep crust soft.
