Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled zucchini, cooked until tender and cooled
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Put cooked zucchini in bowl with 2 tablespoons lemon juice; set aside.
Mix all ingredients together with zucchini.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
