Sauteed Zucchini Strips(Low Calorie, Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Wash the zucchini, but do not peel.
    Cut into strips 1/3 inch wide by 2 1/2 inches long.
    Heat vegetable oil in skillet; saute zucchini strips on low heat until browned on all sides.
    Add pepper, oregano and garlic.
    Cook an additional 5 minutes on low heat.
    Serves 4.
