Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and eggs.
Add flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Take small amount of dough out at a time.
Roll and cut out.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
