Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 large cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    2 eggs
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in hot water until soft, a few minutes. Drain on paper towels until dry.
    Combine meats, salt, pepper, rice and eggs and mix well. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in each cabbage leaf.
    Roll leaf around meat and tuck in the ends.
