Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add vanilla; stir in zucchini. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder.
    Stir into first mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
