Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3 bananas, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift flour. Cream the cooking oil and sugar together.
Add eggs and bananas; blend well. Add buttermilk and flour alternately. Blend well.
Add nuts and pour into medium loaf pan (oiled). Bake for 1 hour.
Yields 10 servings.
