Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and yeast.
    In second bowl, beat egg, oil and warm water.
    Add to flour mixture and stir. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Make as many rolls as you need. Put remainder of batter in refrigerator.
    It will keep about 1 week.
    Makes 24 rolls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown.
