Praline Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    graham cracker crust
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Saute pecans in margarine; drain on paper towels.
    Beat cream cheese at high speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; turn oven off and partially open oven door.
    Leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven; let cool on a wire rack in a draft-free area.
    Cover cheesecake and chill at least 8 hours. Garnish with toasted pecan halves, if desired.
