Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside.
    Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened only.
    Bake in two loaf pans for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out on rack.
    Freezes well.
