Yummy Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 can water (using the soup can)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ground meats, onion, rice, cracker crumbs, egg and seasonings.
    Shape into balls, about the size of golf balls, and place in a greased casserole dish.
    Pour over tomato soup diluted with water.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
