Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. raw, unpeeled, grated zucchini
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in zucchini.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts and pineapple.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 5 x 7-inch loaf pan.
    Makes 2 loaves.
