Appetizer Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ready to use pie crust
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 jar real bacon pieces
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut pie crust into approximately 3-inch round circles.
    Press into bottom and partially up sides of muffin pans.
    Combine beaten eggs and milk; whisk until completely blended.
    Add onion, bacon, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture into muffin tins, 1/2 to 3/4 full; bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
    Serve warm.
