Country Crust Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. salad oil
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix in more flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Turn onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up.
    Cover with damp towel; let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch down dough.
    Form into 2 loaves or 2 dozen rolls.
    Put in greased pans.
    Brush with salad oil.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake loaves for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Bake rolls 20 to 25 minutes.
    Brush with butter.
