Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2 c. chocolate chips
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Grease bottoms only of 2 regular or 3 small loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix shortening and sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Pour equally into pans.
    Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 70 minutes.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes, then loosen sides and remove from pans.
    Cool completely before slicing.
    Wrap and refrigerate.
    Can be frozen and warmed in microwave.
