Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini (with skins)
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add alternately with oil and zucchini.
    Add vanilla, nuts and pineapple.
    Bake in greased bread pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
