Banana Spice Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. unsifted white wheat flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 medium bananas, peeled and mashed (1 c.)
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease with spray 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan.
    In large bowl combine flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Melt margarine in a small saucepan.
    Pour into bowl and whisk together with bananas, buttermilk, egg and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon batter into pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
    Place pan on a rack and cool for 10 minutes.
    Remove loaf from pan.
