Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini (with skins)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Beat the eggs.
    Mix in the oil and sugar.
    Mix in the zucchini and skins, nuts and vanilla.
    Sift and mix the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine batter mixture with dry ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
