Easy Oven Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    potatoes (optional)
    carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Place roast on heavy-duty aluminum foil or in a covered dish or small roasting pan.
    Brush with steak sauce and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Spoon mushroom soup on top and then sprinkle the 3 tablespoons of ground paprika on top of soup.
    Potatoes and carrots may be placed around roast before baking.
