Communion Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Butter
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
about 4 1/2 c. Flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in mixer until not sugary.
Add cream and as much flour as can be beaten in with mixer.
Add more flour and knead until dough is golden and bubbles form.
Roll on cookie sheet without flour.
Mark in inch strips, prick with fork 1/2 inch apart on sheet.
Makes enough for 50 people (about 3 1/2 c. Flour).
