Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut fine rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Mix together and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Cover with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with grated orange rind (if desired).
    Put back in oven until meringue is brown.
