Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon and add to mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add nuts and stir.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Cool before taking out of pans.
