Gourmet Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Kitchen Bouquet (browning and seasoning sauce)
    1 whole beef tenderloin (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
Preparation
    \"Paint\" the beef with Kitchen Bouquet.
    Let stand for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature to seal in juices.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes for medium, 20 minutes for medium-rare, or, if you wish well done, bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cut into serving pieces.
    If desired, make Special Sauce.
