Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients; add oil and mix well.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in pineapple with juice and carrots.
Bake in 2 greased 9 x 5-inch or 3 (7 x 3-inch) loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
