Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. blueberries
Streusel Topping
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to batter.
Stir in berries.
Spread batter in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
